The New Parish is in Downtown Oakland. It’s as safe as any club located in a Downtown Metropolitan area. Don’t think it is necessary to bring “guys for protection”, unless you will be pulling up in a 2020 Bugatti exiting the vehicle looking like you just left the video set of Nicki Minaj’s “Good Form” video dripping in diamonds & pearls. The guys you bring may be more of a cause for concern, especially if they don’t frequent Oakland or know people in the City.
