Oakland Central Presents Latham SquareOakland Central Presents (OCP) is an events promotion and placemaking initiative of the Downtown Oakland and Lake Merritt Uptown Community Benefit Districts with the following goals:

  1. Incubate the local cultural arts scene
  2. Stimulate the local economy
  3. Create a more vibrant Downtown
