He's never been part of the "Freshmen Class" or on the cover of any magazine, but his message is in a class of its own, proving to be just as potent and relevant as any rapper on your top five list. Considering this, it's safe to say that UnLearn is probably the dopest MC you've never heard, but need to listen to. Labeled as one of "Most slept on MC's" by a number of Hip Hop Blogs and industry taste-makers, UnLearn chose to embrace his underdog status in the game, titling his debut album "The Wake Up Call". As an MC, Writer, Poet, Actor, Activist and overall Renaissance Man, UnLearn takes the best from all dimensions of song writing on this project, in order to showcase his substantive, yet accessible brand of lyricism while he chronicles the emotions, triumphs and tragedies that make up the Urban American experience. Most recently, UnLearn has been gradually becoming an energizing force within the Bay Area Hip Hop scene. With co-signs from members of Hieroglyphics and other OG's of the Bay, UnLearn has been a Mainstay and now Co-Director at Return Of The Cypher, one of the more popular weekly Hip Hop Cypher events in San Francisco. Further, UnLearn has recently been made Vice President of the All Tribes San Francisco Chapter of the Universal Zulu Nation, as well as one of the lead beat making instructors for the Oakland based non-profit Today's Future Sound, which empowers youth in the Bay and worldwide by teaching them beat making, DJ'ing, songwriting and the history of Hip Hop, giving them a sense of the cultural significance of the music. UnLearn has recently released "The New Golden Era" mixtape, his first mixtape in 3 years, as a follow up to his Debut album and is currently working on a Self-Produced EP.   Vendors Beer, Wine & Beverages - Old Kan and Beer Co., Urbano Cellars, Craft Bar Services, and Dr Hops Kombucha Beer Food Truck Local merchants, community organizations, and artisans showcasing their products and services.
