We specialize in creating a variety of vegan Vietnamese foods that will cater to our customer’s taste.A large menu given many choices. With the flavor add into the texture of “imitation chicken or beef ” make them look real and delicious . We also provide many selection of vegan desserts, ranging from cheese cake to mango stick rice . For rush lunch hour , we have buffet served by items.Our weekday lunch buffet serve on average ten dishes at any given time between 11:00 AM and 2:30 PM. As a vegan Vietnamese restaurant, we commonly use organic tofu and imitation meat, fish, shrimp, etc. (derived mainly from soy and/or flour) in our dishes. We also dedicate ourselves to cooking healthy dishes by using as much non-GMO, fresh, and organic ingredients as possible. For example: our vegetables are bought fresh daily, and even our soy sauce is non-GMO, organic, gluten-free, and preservative-free. We strive to use only the best for our customers.
