Flora Restaurant & Bar is a farm to table restaurant serving local and seasonal new American fare. We specialize in classic cocktails and offer a wide selection of wine and spirits.

Flora is an Art Deco restaurant and bar that evokes the opulence of a bygone era with carefully crafted cocktails and a menu of reinvented American classics. We’re housed in the beautifully ornate Oakland Floral Depot building, built in 1931 by architect Albert Evers. Composed of silver and cobalt glazed terra cotta, it’s an East Bay landmark of Art Deco architecture. Flora is located in downtown Oakland, California, across the street from the Fox Theater, and one block from the Paramount Theater, another classic example of Art Deco design.
