Motivāt was founded in 2017 by husband and wife team Collin and Carolyn Young (better known by their Instagram handles @the_pourover_pastor and @ouryoungfamily).

Motivāt is a people-first coffee roasting company. We love roasting and serving our coffee right here in the Bay Area, introducing local coffee lovers to unique, single-origin selections from all over the world.
